Intention

There are far too many Big Bad Wolves roaming the earth.
Sadly, never with the noblest intentions.

Just a small tribute to Little Red and my prompt for Illustration Friday. :)

  9. Stunning illustration. A previous poster said red riding hood fits well with your style and I couldn't agree more. I would love to see other fairy tales in this style as well.

  10. Oh, poor Little Red Riding Hood, if she only knew... A lovely illustration! I like the silhouette of the wolf - she can't see that the danger is behind her!
All the details, the structure of the trees, the colours - everything's wonderful!xx

  11. It is a beautiful drawing. I also like that it is drawn on sepia tone paper. You really blend the colors so well. There is a velvety texture to it. As for wolves, oh my, yes! We have them here - wolves, rabid dogs, snaks and skunks! Hahaha! Tsup!

  16. She knows he's there. She's baiting him. The stem of those flowers is stuck down the barrel of a .40 caliber Glock.

Oh Wolfy... what big eyes you have....

  19. Hey! I identify with the wolf! You know, ou have to give the wolf credit! Where would little Red RH be without him? And what about Grandma? After all, she had it coming to her...and what about Red's inheritance? If Granny was still with us Red would be living with her mum again, not to mention that trigger happy Hunter, whaam baam thankyou maam - err that doesn't sound right I meant whamm bang! Hmm, getting worse!

But seriously, I love her red cheeks and her knowing but sad look and the sepia undertones...

Hmm, they say all art is autobio, they also say let people off the bus first and always be at your appointment twenty minutes early

Maybe people say too much? I know I have ....

It's a good work Amalia, you are a wonderful artist
